Anisacidosis – an accruing social problem

AbstractAnisakiasis – parasitic disease of human GI tract manifested by cramping abdominal pain and vomiting, that resulted from ingestion of uncooked marine fish containing larval ascaridoid nematodes. Diagnosis made by gastroscopic examination and recognition of small larvae invading the mucosa of GI tract.
