A case of generalized tuberculosis with the development of tuberculous meningoencephalitis in the practice of an infectious disease doctor

Abstract

The article presents a clinical case of generalized tuberculosis with the development of tuberculous meningoencephalitis in a 27-year-old patient. One of the features of this case was the difficulty of confirming the clinical diagnosis when using methods of specific laboratory diagnostics. The stages of differential diagnostic search in the practice of an infectious disease doctor are described.
