State and main directions of modernization of infectious health service of the Russian Federation

Abstract

In article are considered the indicators reflecting a condition of infectious health service of the Russian Federation are offered the main directions it to modernization as parts the uniform state system of prevention and actions in emergency situations, including in the conditions of a pandemic of infectious diseases, author's definitions of medical mobilization, mobilization preparation and readiness of the territory are given.
