Non-verified tick-borne infections

Abstract

Non-verified tick-borne infections constitute more than 50% of all cases of diseases, emerged after a tick bite. This fact indicates particular social and economical importance of the nosology, which is required to be examined in detail.

The aim - study of the structure of clinical manifestations of unverified tick-borne infections.

Material and methods. There have been analysed 136 cases of non-verified tick-borne infections in the period of 2013-2015.

Results. There have been identified and investigated the main clinical non-verified tick-borne infections developments (feverish, meningeal, focal).

Conclusion. Taking into account the polymorphic clinical manifestations of non-verified tick-borne infection, such as multiwave disease development, exanthema, extended myalgic syndrome, microscopic and gross hematuria, central nervous system disorders symptoms, it is possible to assume the participation of viral as well as bacterial infections agents in the structure of pathogens of a particular disease. It determines the need for perfection of diagnostic tick-borne infections, algorithms.
