Salmonella in adults: clinical and epidemiological features, optimization of therapy
AbstractThe paper presents the results of the study of clinical and epidemiological features of salmonella in adults in the Krasnoyarsk region. Analyzing the etiological structure of pathogens, we can state the spread of new serovars, previously not registered in the province: Salmonella hadar, Salmonella bovis morbificans, Salmonella nevport,Salmonella virchov. The change in the nature of nutrition is reflected in the identification of new factors of the pathogen's transmission. Antibiotic therapy for salmonella is not always effective, and its consequence is often dysbiosis. In this regard, it is interesting to develop alternative treatment regimens using drugs that have the ability to bind and remove metabolites and toxins from the body. The method of enterosorption in complex therapy of salmonella using enterosorbent Polysorb MP is highly effective, has apronounced detoxifying, antidiarrhoeal effects, thereby reducing the duration of duratio.
