Modern view on resistance to direct antiviral drugs in the treatment of viral hepatitis C: analytical review

Abstract

This analytical review describes the actual knowledge of significance of hepatitis C virus resistance-associated substitutions to direct-acting antiviral therapy and relevance of their testing prior to therapy.
