Abstract

An analysis of 424 cases of etiologically verified hemorrhagic fever: HFRS, dengue, West Nile virus and caused ortobunyavirusom, registered in the Chelyabinsk region in 2010 to 2015 is carried out. The methodology of research included methods of descriptive and analytical epidemiology, clinical and epidemiological analysis.

On the territory of the Asha district there is a resistant natural focus of HFRS that defines a high morbidity rate of the population of the area, additionally cases imported from the Republic of Bashkortostan are registered. The incidence of hemorrhagic fevers, except for HFRS, is represented by sporadic imported cases from South-East Asia, mainly Thailand. The causative agent of West Nile fever (WNF) is highlighted in the man-made and natural biocenoses of the Chelyabinsk region, the donor seropositivity here was 21.9%. The case of the fever caused ortobunyavirusy is registered.
