Combined infection: hepatitis E and hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in an elderly patient

Abstract

The article considers a case from clinical practice: a mixed infection of hepatitis E and hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. Hemorrhagic fever had an erased atypical course with no fever and oliguric period. Hepatitis E was characterized by a protracted course with late serological confirmation.
