Out of season tularemia disease: a clinical case

Abstract

We report an out of season tularemia disease of the bubonic form in young woman infected after the contact with a domestic cat. Clinical case demonstrates the diagnosis difficulties of this disease with typical clinical picture in outside of the seasonal factor and underestimation of the epidemiological history. Careful analysis of all clinical and epidemiological data should be carried out regardless of the epidemic season.
